Are you ready to make a change towards a healthier you? Take advantage of our 12-week Renew You wellness program supervised by a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (N.D.) and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.).
This program is designed to work one-on-one with you in accomplishing your health and wellness goals. You set the goals, and we will help you get there. Your goals could include:

- Reduced stress

- Improved physical fitness
- A strengthened immune system
- Weight loss
- Balancing blood sugar
- Reducing metabolic syndrome

Thus, this program is focused on impacting your whole body and mind in a positive and healthy manner.
The program will begin with an initial visit with both the ND and RHN. This will include a thorough intake, check up, and a body composition analysis from which a personalized Renew You plan will be developed. Subsequent visits will allow us to ensure commitment to your goals by offering weekly support and monitoring, and discussing any factors which may be preventing a successful outcome.
Our prime objective throughout the program will be to educate and empower you, and to help you execute your wellness plan.

I started the Renew You Program because I was about to start a big transition in my life. I wanted to make sure throughout the transition I was taking care of myself. Throughout the 12 weeks of the program I had amazing results. I never imagined after just 12 weeks that not only would I have successful weight loss, but also increased energy and a new outlook on food in general. The program taught me what good choices to make, but also how to be mindful when making my food choices. Instead of eating snack food just because, I was thinking about what I was eating and the reasons why I was eating. I never thought I would be able to have so much will power where food was concerned.
